Three elegant pink and black fabrics were used to create this jewel neck blouse made with Rain or Shine Variations for the Tabula Rasa Jacket. The front, back, and sleeves are a rayon blend matelasse remnant purchased years ago. The rayon chevron came from a scrap bag and the black Chinese brocade was purchased to extend the fabric collection. This blouse snaps closed along the hidden modesty panel. The bows are a decorative finish.
