If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! For products, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. We do not offer refunds. For classes, retreats or trips, see our Event Cancellation Policy.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and item you would like to return. Tell us if you would like store credit or a different product.
- Once you receive an email confirming your return, package up the item and send it to 507 Anneslie Rd. Baltimore, MD 21212.
- When we receive your return, we will issue you store credit or mail your exchanged item.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product to us.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law.
