Sustainable seawool and a recycled scarf are combined to create this unique Jean Jacket variation on the Tabula Rasa Jacket. Carrie used heavy gray thread for all of the topstitched seams to create visual interest. The fabric is two-sided, which was used to accent the side pockets.The wool scarf woven by Carrie’s Mom was carefully prepared and cut up to create a long ruffle for the collar and 2 shorter ruffles for the cuffs.
