This basic Tabula Rasa Jacket illustrates how fun it can be to combine multiple color-coordinated fabrics. In this case, all three are batik rayon from SewBatik.com. The Delft Meadows body of the jacket is a Durum Dreams border print and the sleeves in Phoenix. The band and side panels tone the brights down a bit in Pinpoint Leaf in Flint. The leftover pinpoint leaf fabric was used in the Minty Fresh Carpe Diem Dress, creating a great pairing to move the cap sleeve dress into cooler weather. The decorative flower pin is an easy make with our free downloadable pattern and directions for the Organza Rose Pin; these petals were made from scraps of all 3 fabrics.
