Carrie found this great novelty knit at Joann’s last winter and made an early test sample of the Surplice top with a Cowl Neck as we were developing Clever Crossing Variations. She loved how this style kept her neck warm while looking a lot classier than a basic turtleneck knit top. Note also how she added a few extra tucks to the right front surplice, which raises that right front hemline to create a graceful curve. Give it a try!
