This dress was Carrie’s first test of the Crossover V Yoke style included in V Neckline Variations for the Carpe Diem Dress & Tunic, and a lesson in how much V is too much! The front and back Vs of the final pattern are more modest than you see here, but it provides such fun inspiration for playing with stripes in the Crossover V Yoke that we couldn’t leave it out. The fabric is a beautifully drapey handwoven rayon that Carrie picked up during her travels in Indonesia, from the same village as the pink plaid sewn into the Notched Carpe Diem Tunic.
