This summer blouse combines several white fabrics into a festive top slightly shorter than the tunic length Carpe Diem. The pre-cut circles appliqued to the top in front, back, sides and sleeves brings it to life! Rae also borrowed Fit for Art’s technique for adding vents to the shirt hem at all four side seams described in Shirt Variations for the Tabula Rasa Jacket.
