Carrie created this jacket from an Indonesian cotton batik sarong and two shades of orange Cherrywood Fabric. It features the jewel neck front from Rain or Shine Variations for the Tabula Rasa Jacket, with the neckline corners slightly rounded to make it easier to apply piping to the center front. The lighter Cherrywood orange was used to create a banded cuff on 3/4 length sleeves (Sleeve & Cuff Variations for the TRJ) and to pipe the side seams; the darker orange was used to pipe the center front, neckline and cuffs. It has button loops (dark orange piping) to hold the wooden buttons. Carrie has found it to be a super comfortable jacket worn over a tank top!
