All of the jackets and coats featured in the book will be at the party so you can get a close up look while you get your own signed copy. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe Party is hosted by Jenni at her lovely sewing and craft shop new to the Baltimore scene\, Handcraft Happy Hour. (The shop is in Hampden next to La Cuchara Restaurant.) While you are there\, check out all the great things the shop has to offer\, including classes and weekly handcraft happy hours\, and do a little shopping too. \n\n\n\nWe’d love to see you to enjoy festive conversation with fellow sewists and crafters\, snacks and drinks. We invite you to join us at 10:30 a.m. for a short talk by the authors\, Rae and Carrie\, and to purchase personally signed copies of the book. \n\n\n\nVisitors can take advantage of this special opportunity to shop Susan’s fabulous collection of handwoven and dyed fabrics in silk\, cotton and rayon from Thai\, Lao\, and Guatemalan artisans.  She also sells scarves\, garments and other handmade items that make great gifts for your friends and family. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing our friends and fans in the DC metro area on November 8th!
